Baku/04.08.22/Turan: On August 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with members of the Security Council, where he discussed the agenda for upcoming negotiations with Turkish President Erdogan, as well as the situation in Karabakh.
“There was an exchange of views on the upcoming Russian-Turkish talks at the highest level.
