Rocket attack on Kharkov city centre - regional administration damaged
Baku/01.03.02/Turan: This morning Kharkov's central square was hit by an unidentified rocket. The attack was carried out, judging by CCTV footage, at 8 am. According to the Ukrainian sources, the rocket damaged a building of the Kharkov regional state administration and a large number of civilian vehicles, as evidenced by the video footage provided.-0-
