Russian peacekeepers confirmed shelling of Azerbaijani convoy in Karabakh
Baku/15.10.21/Turan: "On October 3 a column of construction equipment from the Republic of Azerbaijan, accompanied by Russian peacekeepers, was shelled in the area of Sarsan reservoir on the MADAGIZ-GETAVAN-VANK route.
The incident caused no casualties. Russian peacekeepers are investigating the fact of violation of ceasefire in cooperation with representatives of both sides. This is stated in the information bulletin of the Russian peacemaking contingent in Karabakh.
So far the Armenian party has denied the fact as saying that the shelling did not happen. It should be reminded that an Azerbaijani military police Niva vehicle came under fire. The incident took place near the settlement of Gozlu Kerpu. -02D-
