Russian President and Prime Minister congratulate Polad Bul Buloglu on his 75th birthday

For many years, you have made a very significant contribution to the development of friendly relations and fruitful cooperation between our countries and peoples. In turn, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin wrote in his telegram:
