Baku/28.09.23/Turan: The head of the separatist regime Samvel Shahramanyan signed a decree on the termination of the existence of an illegal entity - the "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh).
All "state institutions" and "organizations" of this regime will be dissolved before January 1, 2024. To the local Armenian population, In particular, those who are abroad are invited to familiarize themselves with the conditions of reintegration presented by the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to make an independent and individual decision on the possibility of staying (returning) in Karabakh in the future. -06B-

Elnur Hasanov, an activist of the Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (APFP), who was sentenced to three years in prison on drug-related charges, began a hunger strike on December 3.
