Shelling by Armenian Armed Forces Kills Family of Five in Gashalty, Close to Famous Resort
Baku / 09/27/20 / Turan: As a result of shelling from heavy weapons by the armed forces of Armenia on September 27, five were killed and 19 more civilians were injured in various regions of Azerbaijan.
According to the press service of the Azerbaijan Prosecutor General's Office, a resident of the village of Gashalty located near the famous resort of Naftalan, Elbrus Isa Oglu Gurbanov and 4 members of his family, were killed as a result of the shelling.
On the fact, the prosecutor's office of the Goranboy region has opened a criminal case under Articles 120.2.1 (premeditated murder), 120.2.4 (premeditated murder committed with particular cruelty or in a generally dangerous way), 120.2.7 (premeditated murder of two or more persons) 120.2.12 ( premeditated murder motivated by national, racial, or religious hatred or enmity), 100.2 (conducting an aggressive war) and under other articles of the Criminal Code.
In addition, 19 civilians were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
As a result of artillery shelling of civilians by the Armenian armed forces in the village of Jojug Marjanli, Jabrayil region, a substation went out of order and the electricity supply was cut off.--0--
