Shepherd died after hitting an anti-tank mine
Baku/01.05.23/Turan: In the village of Jojug Marjanly, Jabrayil region (335 km southwest of Baku), a civilian died after being blown up by a mine.
As stated in a joint report by ANAMA (Azerbaijan National Mine Action Agency) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan,Ogtay Alishov (1964), a resident of the Gazakhlar village of the Fuzuli district, engaged in animal husbandry, crossed to a territory not cleared of mines, where he was killed as a result of an anti-tank mine explosion.
After the cessation of hostilities in Karabakh on November 10, 2020, as a result of the explosion of mines laid by the Armenian Armed Forces, 299 military and civilian residents of Azerbaijan were injured, including 55 killed, 244 received injuries of varying degrees. -03B96-
