Baku/05.08.22/Turan: Armenian formations shelled Azerbaijani armed forces' positions in Karabakh and on the border 12 times in the past day.
In three instances, the shelling came from Armenian territory at positions in Kelbajar and Lachin, the Ministry of Defense said in the morning of August 5.
Nine more incidents were linked to the exchange of fire in Karabakh, where the enemy fired at positions of Azerbaijani forces in the Agdam, Khojavand and Khojaly regions.
There were no casualties among servicemen and equipment of the Azerbaijani army. In all cases the Azerbaijani armed forces responded adequately, the report says. -06В-
