Six Convoys of Armed Forces of Azerbaijan Pass through Lachin, Red Bazaar
Baku/18.02.21/Turan: On February 17, Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh ensured the safe passage of six automobile convoys of the Azerbaijani armed forces: four through the Lachin corridor in the northern direction and back, as well as two columns along the Qajar-Red Bazaar-Shusha route and back.
To coordinate efforts to prevent possible incidents in the zone of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, continuous interaction is maintained with the general staffs of the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Armenia.

In Azerbaijan, there is a need to adopt an Amnesty Act, said Siyavush Novruzov, the head of the parliamentary committee on regional issues, during a session of the Milli Majlis on February 3. He reminded that since independence, Azerbaijan has adopted 13 amnesty acts and over 70 pardoning decrees. "The parliament can once again put forward such an initiative and prepare an amnesty act by Independence Day (May 28)," Novruzov said.
