Ankara/22.12.20/Turan: The agreement on the construction of a center for monitoring the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh is being implemented, and Turkey sent 60 military there. Turkish Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar told NTV on Tuesday.

"Now 60 people from our staff are in Azerbaijan. All agreements on the construction of the center have been reached, a number of issues related to construction remain to be resolved. Our people will work together with the Russians. We will talk about the duration of their stay there with the Russian side," he said. ...

The  Monitoring Center is being created within the framework of the trilateral agreement of November 10 on the settlement in Karabakh. The center is being built in Agdam, directly adjacent to Nagorno-Karabakh. The Russian and Turkish military will work there, monitoring the implementation of the terms of the truce. -02D-
