Skirmishing near Shusha, Armenians sustained losses
Baku/03.09.21/Turan:On September 3, from 01:00 to 02: 15, Armenian armed forces intensively shelled positions of the Azerbaijani armed forces towards Shusha. Following retaliation actions of the Azerbaijani military, the enemy suffered losses and was suppressed, the press service of the Defense Ministry reported.
Note that "the command of the Russian peacekeepers and the joint Russian-Turkish monitoring center were informed about the incident.
We declare that in case of acts of provocation, we shall take adequate measures," the report reads.

In Azerbaijan, there is a need to adopt an Amnesty Act, said Siyavush Novruzov, the head of the parliamentary committee on regional issues, during a session of the Milli Majlis on February 3. He reminded that since independence, Azerbaijan has adopted 13 amnesty acts and over 70 pardoning decrees.
