Special forces exercises in Nakhchivan
Baku/08.12.21/Turan: Special forces of the Special Combined Arms Army stationed in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic conducted tactical exercises on the topic "Conducting anti-terrorist operations in populated areas."
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, during the exercises conducted in accordance with the "Plan for the compatibility of the troops of the Nakhchivan garrison for the 2021 academic year", the special forces worked out actions to neutralize the terrorist group of the imaginary enemy, preparing for sabotage against the civilian population.
Task forces, supported by armored vehicles and helicopters, attacked the terrorists' hideout.
Trainings that improved the anti-terrorist skills of special forces were conducted in conditions as close as possible to combat, including elements of close contact combat using various types of weapons. — 16D-
