State Security Service reported the arrest of two persons accused of cooperation with Armenian special services
Baku/16.05.23/Turan: In the morning of 16 May the State Security Service of Azerbaijan reported about the detention of two persons as part of measures aimed at preventing intelligence-subversive activities of foreign intelligence services against the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Thus, Ahmedov Rashad Ahmed oglu, born in 1980, was detained on suspicion of state treason and planning to commit terrorist and subversive acts against Azerbaijan.
According to the State Security Service, Akhmedov was performing tasks for the Armenian special services while living in a third country.-0-
