STP has meeting in the Embassy of the Netherlands
On 12 October the Civil Platform Union (STP) Society had a meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Onno Kervis in the Netherlands embassy. The Ambassador was informed about the purpose of creation, activities, goals, and STP problems. Participants of the meeting informed the Ambassador of the Netherlands on the socio-political situation, legal and practical state of civil society and media, the problems of freedom of expression and of political prisoners, the consequences of the deteriorating socio-economic situation and the search for solutions to these problems, as well as relations with international structures Azerbaijan. The sides noted the importance of contacts between the STP and the Embassy of the Netherlands in the framework of the bilateral dialogue and the need to strengthen relations between the EU and STP.

From 19 to 26 July, 24 automatic rifles, 1 machine gun, 9 rifles, 28 grenades, 441 shells, 3118 cartridges of different calibre and other ammunition were found in Khankendi, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported. During the mentioned period, the police found 1 machine gun, 50 grenades, 7 fuses, 3 shells and 320 cartridges of different calibre in Shusha.

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
