Teachers hold protest action in South Azerbaijan
Baku/10.05.23/Turan: Azerbaijani teachers in cities such as Ardabil, Julfa, Qazvin, and Takestan held protests against the Iranian regime, as reported by The Voice of South Azerbaijan website.
The teachers voiced their discontent with the Iranian government's disregard for their demands and the detention of their colleagues.
According to GonazTV, citing information from Abbas Lasani's page, the main demands of the protesting teachers include the strict implementation of public service management laws for employees and pensioners, the proper implementation of teacher evaluations as per the original decree, the restoration of Article 30 of the Constitution, ensuring quality education and school safety, especially for female students, and the unconditional release of all activists currently in prison.--0--
