Baku/26.07.23/Turan: An agreement on the modernization of "Su-25" fighters was signed between the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry and the Turkish company "TUSAS." The contract was signed today within the framework of the 16th International Defense Industry Exhibition "IDEF-23" in Istanbul, Anadolu Agency reported.
The information says that within the framework of the project, speaking at the signing ceremony, the chairman of the Defense Industry Department under the President of Turkey, Haluk Gergun, said that the project provides for the integration of Turkish guided weapons systems and the modernization of avionics aimed at aircraft in service with the Azerbaijani Air Force.
