The co-chairs arrive in Yerevan
Yerevan/23.11.12/Turan-ArmInfo: Foreign Minister of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, on Friday during a meeting with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Robert Bradtke (USA), Igor Popov (Russia), Jacques Faure (France) and the personal representative of the OSCE chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk, noted the continued aggressive statements by Azerbaijani officials.
Nalbandian stressed that these statements are aimed at a domestic audience in Azerbaijan, but they cause serious harm to the negotiation process, and aggravate the situation in the region.
A proposal to reduce the tension on the line of contact was also discussed. The two sides discussed the possibility of a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group in Dublin at the upcoming OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers.
