Raffi Hovannisian is not allowed to speak at a conference in Baku
Baku/23.11.12/Turan- ArmInfo: At the seventh session of the General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian political parties held on November 23 in Baku, the leader of the "Heritage" party, ex-Foreign Minister of Armenia, Raffi Hovannisian tried to prevent the adoption of the declaration, which expressed support for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
According to the organizers of the session, Hovannisian came up to the tribune not being invited, and began to speak, what cause the protests of the presiding. However, the press secretary of the "Heritage" Hovsep Khurshudyan argues that the agendahis speech was included the agenda of the meeting. The organizers deprived Hovannisian of this opportunity, what caused his anger. -02D-
