Deposit Acceptance Situation in Azerbaijani Banks

In January, Baku’s construction materials market demonstrated relative stability, though minor changes were observed in different product categories. Prices declined by 0.9%, following a 2.4% decrease in December 2024, indicating a potential market correction and stabilization.

In January 2025, the average price of the consumer basket (CB) compiled by the Turan agency in Baku, which includes 30 types of essential domestically produced food products, increased by 0.3%.

In January 2025, the lending situation in three Azerbaijani banks changed. The banks revised their interest rates on consumer loans issued in Azerbaijani manats.

We present the rankings of commercial banks in Azerbaijan based on a comparison of financial indicators based on the results of 2023-2024 (annual dynamics).  The rankings are compiled using financial statements that banks post on their Internet pages.
