The court sentenced another group of Armenian military to 6 years in prison /UPDATED/
Baku/22.07.21/Turan: On July 22, the Baku Serious Crimes Court sentenced another group of 13 Armenian soldiers. All of them were found guilty of terrorism, illegal border crossing and participation in illegal formations and imprisoned for 6 years.
This is the third group of Armenian military men convicted by the court of Azerbaijan.
These persons were taken prisoner in December 2020 in the territory of Hadrut during a special operation of the State Security Service and the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan. In total, more than 60 soldiers were captured.
Some of them were exchanged for maps of minefields in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. -0-

Prosecutor asks to sentence another group of Armenian military to 7 years in prison
Baku/22.07.21/Turan: On July 22, the trial in the case of another group of 13 Armenian military: Hovhannisyan Haykaz, Manukyan Varazdat, Stepanyan David, Tosunyan Levan, Baghdasaryan Artur, Avakyan Serop, Harutyunyan Varazdat, Manukyan Zhora Kherabyan Hrayr, Gasparyan Narek, Kuregyan Grigor, Gevorkyan Ashot and Agramanyan Martin, continued in the Baku Court of Appeal.
The state prosecutor asked to be found guilty under the Articles: 214.2.1, 214.2.3 (terrorism committed by a group of persons), 228.3 (illegal acquisition, possession or carrying of weapons), 279.2 (attack on enterprises, institutions) and 318.2 (illegal crossing state border of Azerbaijan) and sentence all defendants to 7 years in prison. -0-
