The Milli Majlis adopted the law on the city of Shusha in the first reading
Baku/25.05.21/Turan: At today's plenary session, the Milli Majlis adopted the draft law in the first reading “About the cultural capital of Azerbaijan – the city of Shusha". The bill consists of 15 articles.
According to the project, the Shusha State Reserve will be created within the administrative borders of the cultural capital of Azerbaijan - the city of Shusha.
The draft law will regulate the main directions of state policy in Shusha, legal regulation in Shusha and its protected area, restoration, protection, study, use and promotion of monuments, environmental protection, construction, architectural and urban planning activities in the city, organization of transport, housing management, business, advertising, tourism and other activities, as well as holding international events in Shusha and a number of other important issues. -03-
