Yerevan . 03/25/14 . Turan- ArmInfo: Armenia will take part in the meeting of Chiefs of General Staff of the CIS countries in Baku, the press secretary of the Defense Minister Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.
" We will participate in the meeting. Our representative in Moscow will arrive in Baku," he said. At the same time he pointed out that he cannot accurately say who.
