The term of pre-trial arrest of the former head of Jalilabad extended
Baku/12.10.21/Turan: The court extended the term of arrest of the former head of the executive power of the Jalilabad region Namig Zeynalov for another three months.
Zeynalov was detained in December last year at the workplace by employees of the State Security Service. He was charged under Articles 179.2.2 (large scale embezzlement), 179.2.3 (embezzlement by abuse of official authority), 179.2.4 (embezzlement with major damage), 308.2 (abuse of official authority which led to grave consequences), 311.3.3 (large scale bribe), 311.3.2 (repeated bribe) and 313 (official forgery) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. -16D-
