Those who survived in helicopter crash sue party leader
Baku/07.01.22/Turan: Two officers who survived the helicopter crash on November 30 in the Khizi region sued Ali Aliyev, leader of the Citizens and Development Party. The officers accuse Aliyev of libel. The reason for the lawsuits is an interview with Ali Aliyev, in which he questioned that these persons were in the helicopter, where everyone died.
On January 7, at a preparatory session, the court rejected the motion to combine the claims into one case and scheduled the consideration of the complaints for January 11 and 13. The party leader denies the libel charges, claiming to have expressed a personal opinion.
During the crash of the helicopter of Border Services on November 30, 14 officers of the Border Service were killed, and two were injured. --03--
