Tonoyan will not arrive in Baku
Baku /29.10.19 / Turan: On October 30, a meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CIS countries will be held in Baku.
The meeting will be attended by the heads of defense departments of Azerbaijan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
However, Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan will not arrive in Baku, said the representative of the Minister Artsrun Hovhannisyan. He did not give the reason for the refusal.
The theme of the ministerial meeting will be issues of military cooperation. -02D-
