Turkish-Armenian talks begin in Moscow
Moscow/14.01.22/Turan: Armenian and Turkish delegations arrived Friday morning at the Russian Foreign Ministry's reception house in Moscow where the first meeting of special representatives of the two countries on normalizing bilateral relations started began, RIA Novosti reported.
Armenia's special envoy is Ruben Rubinyan, deputy chairman of the Armenian Parliament, and that of Turkey is former Ambassador to the United States, Serdar Kilic.
The sides are to discuss ways to normalize bilateral relations, open borders and establish diplomatic relations. -02D-
