Unexpected Visit of Head of Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia to Baku
Baku / 24.04.18 / Turan: Early in the morning on Tuesday, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia, Sergei Naryshkin.
At the meeting there was the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Azerbaijan Orkhan Sultanov.
Naryshkin had no escort.
