The International Exhibition for State Security "Milipol Qatar 2014" Azerbaijan has signed two agreements with this state. One was signed by the Minister of Internal Affairs Ramil Usubov and Head of the Department of Public Security of Qatar, Saad bin Jassim al-Huleifiya.
This document aims to combat drug trafficking, and training for police officers, and the exchange of information in this area.
The second agreement provides for increased information security, as well as exercises for a high level of internal security forces of Qatar. It was signed by Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov and Head of the Internal Security Forces of Qatar, Fahad Rashed Al-Ali. -06D--

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory message to Czech President Petr Pavel on the occasion of the Czech Republic’s National Day. In Georgia’s parliamentary elections, the ruling "Georgian Dream" party achieved a significant majority in areas with large Armenian and Azerbaijani populations: Akhalkalaki – 88%, Ninotsminda – 90%, Marneuli – 80%, Bolnisi – 81%, Tetritskaro – 68.6%, Dmanisi – 76.4%, Tsalka – 69.3%, and Gardabani – 70.8%. Footage of ballot-stuffing in Marneuli circulated widely on social media in Georgia and beyond. Meanwhile, "Georgian Dream" lost in Tbilisi, where national minorities are few.
