We had and still have reliable sources on the territory of Karabakh - I. Aliyev
Baku / 20.11.20 / Turan: Before the start of the Second Karabakh War, no more than 65 thousand people lived in Karabakh itself and in the occupied territories. Therefore, the statements of Armenians about 90 thousand refugees from Karabakh are a lie, said the President Ilham Aliyev in his address to the people on November 20.
“How do we know this? We had and still have reliable sources in Karabakh, and we received reliable information about everything that happened there. We know well what is happening now. We monitored the situation with the help of space satellites and knew well where the separatist leaders were, so their leader was so afraid to stick his nose out and sat in the bunker all the time,” Aliyev said.
Touching upon the future situation, Aliyev warned the Armenian side that any new encroachment on the territory of Azerbaijan would be given a tough response in "10-fold size".
“It is enough to look at the map, at the positions we have occupied and imagine what we will do if someone comes up with a crazy idea of revenge,” Aliyev stressed. -02B-
