Baku/14.06.23/Turan: The Embassies of France and Germany announced yesterday the winner of a contest jointly organized by them on gender equality in Azerbaijan. The jury, which also included the Ambassadors of Germany and France – Ralph Horleman and Anne Bouillon, selected the winner of the "Gender Equality Award" from among 5 candidates from the first round.
It is Sabina Najafova, initiator of the information platform "Menarki menstruation".
As the French Ambassador Anne Bouillon noted, gender equality and feminism issues occupy an important place in the foreign policy of France and Germany.
In turn, Ambassador Horleman emphasized the importance of the topic of gender equality in society. "Everyone has equal rights," the Ambassador stressed. -16d-

Access to the website of this media was blocked after RIA Novosti published an interview with the so-called "state minister" of the former separatist regime in Karabakh Artak Beglaryan in June 2022. On July 23, a meeting was held at the National Defense University with a delegation of the Chinese Army Academy of Military Sciences, which is on a visit to Azerbaijan.
