19 cases of sunstroke recorded in Baku
Baku/29.06.21/Turan: The past week (June 22-29) recorded 19 cases of sunstroke in Baku. According to the Baku Ambulance Station, these were 7 children and 12 adults.
Seven of the victims were hospitalized, the rest treated on the spot.
It should be noted that in the reviewed period the air temperature in the territory of Azerbaijan rose to 40 degrees.
Starting from June 29, a north-western wind blew and the temperature dropped by 4-5 degrees. This notwithstanding, during the day the heat does not fall below 34-35 degrees. No precipitation is expected. -16D-
