In particular, in Gakh, the height of the snow cover was 45 cm, in Ordubad - 32 cm, in the Shahdag region - 14 cm, in Khaltan - 12 cm, Goygol, Gyadabey - 10 cm, in Dashkesan - 8 cm, Altyaagach - 7 cm, Oguz - 6 cm, Sheki - 16 cm, Shahbuze - 3 cm, Gabala, and Zagatala - 1 cm.
The wind strength in Baku and Absheron reached 27 m/s. The height of the waves in the Caspian Sea is 3.5 meters. ---05D---

In a bid to modernize and regulate the taxi industry in Baku, mobile patrols of the state traffic police have launched a series of raids aimed at ensuring that taxi drivers comply with newly established requirements.
