The former political prisoners, the head of the "Azel" websites, took part in the establishment of the new structure.tv and Nia.az – Afghan Sadigov and Bahruz Aliyev.
The founders of the structure declare that they will monitor the Azerbaijani media, as well as Azerbaijani-language media abroad, investigate obstacles in the professional activities of journalists and protect the rights of those subjected to pressure.-06B-
