Baku/24.05.21/Turan: A group of residents of the Khoshbulag village of the Dashkesan region held a protest rally in front of the Presidential Administration building on May 24. The villagers complain about the difficult social situation, claiming that the lands for arable land and pastures of the village were transferred to the use of rich people for a bribe.

The police intervened in the action, the protesters were pushed away from the building of the Presidential Administration. The villagers blamed the head of the Dashkesan District Executive Power.

“The rural community are helpless. We bought pipes with our own money, since all the pipes were sold. There is no gas, no water, no paved road in the village. other occupation than keeping cattle and sheep. Since our fields are sold for arable land, we cannot use them. How can we live? We came to get an answer from the Presidential Administration to this question, "said Rena Bagirova, a resident of the village.

Another resident said that the head of the executive branch, Ahad Abiyev, called the protesters. He asked them to stop the protest and all the demands of the residents will be fulfilled. However, according to a resident, he has been repeating the same thing for 10 years, not fulfilling the requirements of the villagers.

Another resident complained that his son, who died in the war, and another son, a war veteran, have land plots. However, these lands were sold to wealthy people who built their villas on them. However, an official named Arif muallim told the complainant that he was registered in the city of Ganja. Lands, they say, were not transferred to anyone's use. He suggested writing an appeal, which will be considered accordingly. However, police intervention prevented journalists from hearing to the end the words of an official named Arif muallim. The protester's phone was put on a selector through which the journalists could listen to the official's answer.

In turn, the head of the executive power of the Dashkesan region, Ahad Abiyev, told Turan that the demands of those gathered in front of the building of the Presidential Administration have nothing to do with the executive power of the region. They damage the image of the district executive power.

"In accordance with the requirements of the law" on land reform ", the residents of the village of Khashbulag were provided with sowing, hay and pasture land. The common use of the villagers is 2629 hectares of arable, hay and pasture land. The residents do not have so many cattle and sheep to graze in such areas, ”he noted.

According to the head of the executive power, part of the summer pastures of the State Fund of the region was leased to 73 IDPs from the Kelbajar and Lachin regions.

“These land plots are not related to the Khashbulag village. These lands are leased for 30 years in accordance with the legislation. Despite this, several people from the same group of villagers who went to the Presidential Administration building set fire to the tenants' tents.

They demanded that the tenants leave the area and no longer come to these lands. Then these 73 tenants filed complaints. On July 1, the district court will consider this complaint. Now several people who blocked tenants, gathered their mothers, relatives and went to the Presidential Administration to obstruct the court,” Abiyev said.

The village of Khoshbulag in the Dashkesan region is 420 kilometers west of Baku, on the border with Armenia. The population of the village is more than two thousand people. The main occupation of the population is agriculture, cattle breeding. This mountainous area has been used as summer pastures since ancient times. The village of Khoshbulag is the place where residents of the Western region most often travel in the summer season.-03-
