Baku / 11.08.17 / Turan: Detained in the morning hours in Sumgait, a member of the Popular Front Party Ruslan Garayev is in the Sumgait City Police Department. Turan was informed about this in the duty unit of the administration.
The fact of his detention in the Sumgait police was confirmed also by the activist"s mother, who was also informed about this in the duty unit.
However, an employee of the Department named Alakbar, whose number was given in the duty room, denied information about the detention of Garayev and after a long questioning said that he was not in the office.
Garayev's mother also added that he was detained by people in civilian clothes near the house and, according to the neighbors who saw this, they took him away in a Zhiguli car. -0--
