An earthquake of magnitude 5.0 reverberated from the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, located 58 km north of Sumgait, at exactly 08:15, as reported by the Android earthquake warning system.
The tremor, which made itself felt strongly, continued in the Azerbaijani capital Baku for 30 seconds, reports Turan.

Мне кажется это очень серьезная тема недавно посмотрев один видеоролик в ютуб где в новостройке в Баку мастер по ремонту квартиры показал изъяны в строительстве новостроек к примеру толщина бетона была 10 см а несущие арматуры 12 см если не ощибаюсь но из за этого небольшого видео на него наехали владельцы здания у меня есть знакомый который работал в Москве на стройке говорит в Москве такое не пройдет все под надзором специальных служб которые постоянно проверяют и качесвто бетона и толщину и арматуры сколько должно быть на кв метр толщина арматур и никаких взяток очень строго все проверяют владельцы здания очень боятся их так он мне сказал а здесь в Азербайджане бардак сми Азербайджана должно серьезно поднять эту тему от этого зависит и судьба граждан страны...
