Another civilian has blown up by a mine
Baku/02.22.21/Turan: A resident of Terter Niyamaddin Verdiev was blown up by a mine on February 22 at 17:00, the Prosecutor's Office of the Terter region said.
According to the same source, Verdiev suffered while grazing livestock in the liberated territories. He had his leg amputated below the knee, and he also received multiple injuries.
It should be noted that after the conclusion of the ceasefire on November 10, 2020, more than 10 people were blown up by mines in the zone of the Karabakh conflict, most of them died.-0-

On January 29, municipal elections were held in Azerbaijan, with over 16,000 candidates participating across 118 constituencies. The Central Election Commission (CEC) has already announced the names of the leading candidates on its website. Hours after the election, CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov stated at a briefing that 413 out of 685 municipalities had already been formed, with 7,791 candidates identified as leaders.
