Another Polyurethane Fire in Sumgait
About 21:00 in the city of Sumgait, 30 km from Baku burned a huge poster with the image of Heydar Aliyev. The poster was erected in the central park, right in front of the city executive.
It is noteworthy that the poster was wrapped with the unfortunate polyurethane cover, which has caused several fires and the cladding of which is removed rapidly from the buildings in Baku.
However, the authorities of Sumgait apparently decided that their polyurethane is a different kind that cannot burn. -0-
