Another Twelve Hospitals Dedicated to COVID-19 Patients
Baku / 18.06.20 / Turan: In Azerbaijan, 12 more hospitals are allocated for the treatment of patients with coronavirus.
Among them, there is one of the largest medical institutions in Baku - the City Clinical Center (the former Semashko Hospital).
In addition, as reported in TƏBİB (Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Units), the city hospital number 26, the Research Institute of Medical Rehabilitation, the Azersu hospital, the central district hospitals of Geychay, Salyan, Khizi, Gusar, Ujar, Saatli and Zardab and Ganja railway hospital were allotted for treating patients with COVID 19.
Patients from these hospitals are being transferred to other hospitals, and those in the regions are transferred to clinics in the neighboring areas.
Previously, 30 clinics and 4 modular hospitals were allocated for patients with coronavirus.
Six more modular hospitals will be commissioned shortly.
In recent days, the daily growth of infected people averages 330-350 people and the total number of infected has reached almost 11 thousand. -06d-
