Anti-record number of deaths per day from COVID-19 in Azerbaijan
Baku/21.07.20/Turan: 352 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in Azerbaijan, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan said on Tuesday.
Over the past day, 449 people have recovered.
However, 13 patients with COVID-19 have died.
This is the highest death rate for coronavirus patients since the start of the pandemic. Previously, no more than nine people died per day.
In total, 28,242 cases of COVID-19 infection were identified.
At the same time, 19,939 people recovered, 376 died, 7,927 continue treatment in special treatment hospitals.
A total of 641,732 tests were carried out, including 7,034 in the last 24 hours. –06D-
