Azerbaijan Records Ninth Death from Corona Virus
Baku / 09.04.20 / Turan: On April 9, the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan reported 104 new cases of the Corona Virus infection. The press release also reports on the death of a patient born in 1949 who suffered from diabetes and cancer. This is the ninth Corona Virus death in Azerbaijan. However, 38 people infected with COVID-19 were cured.
In total, 926 cases of the Corona Virus infection were recorded in Azerbaijan. 101 people recovered and 9 died. In hospitals, a special treatment regimen continues to treat 816 people. The condition of 27 of them is assessed as "serious", 35 people are named "moderate", and the health of the rest is stable.
To date, 57,371 test studies on the Corona Virus have been performed. — 06D-
