Baku/31.08.21/Turan: Azerbaijani athletes won two more medals at the Paralympic Games in Tokyo. Roman Saleh swam the 100-meter freestyle in 52.69 seconds and brought Azerbaijan the 10th gold medal of the games. Earlier in Tokyo, he won gold in the 100m backstroke.
At the track and field athletics competition Lamia Veliyeva in the 100-meter sprint, showing the result of 11.99 seconds, won the second place.
The Azerbaijani team has won 10 gold, 1 silver and 4 bronze medals.
