“Azəriqaz” İB
"Azəriqaz" is stuck in 20 century
Baku/30.07.22/Turan: Tenant of the Zangezur cafe in Sumgayit, Orkhan Aliyev, sent a letter to the President, the First Vice President of the country, the Minister of Justice, the state company "SOCAR" and "Azəriqaz", as well as to the Department of Execution and Approbation of the Khatai district of Baku with a complaint.
Aliyev told Turan that "Azeriqaz" fined him 3,500 manats. He protested the fine in the Sumgayit city court, where the sanction was considered illegal and canceled. "Azəriqaz" appealed to the Sumgayit court of appeal which upheld the decision of the court of first instance.
Note that "Azəriqaz" must comply with the court's decision and cancel the fine. At first, this was done, but then the entire amount of the fine appeared again in the software database. According to the businessman, the fine reappeared in the database because he did not take the document on the court decision to the execution and probation service of the Khatai district of Baku.
Aliyev believes that in the 20 century, the court has the technical capabilities enough and is obliged to send documents to the execution and probation service itself, as well as to other addresses, without forcing citizens to perform the function of a postman.
Aliyev continues to remain in the status of a malicious non-executor of the punishment imposed against him. "Azəriqaz" declines to extend the subscription agreement, so the gas supply to his cafe will stop because the gas meter is blocked.
Turan addressed questions to "Azəriqaz" software. The call center said that Aliyev should bring a court decision to the central office of the association, to the legal department. The press service of the production association did not respond to Turan's appeal.
This answer surprised the citizen, as "Azəriqaz" filed a lawsuit to the court of appeal, and the representative of this company received the decision of this court number 2(085)-319/2019. Why should Orhan Aliyev carry this document there if there is an e-mail, the Internet and an electronic database of the "E-government"?
Probably, no matter is solved without a personal visit with paper documents under the arm in"Azəriqaz" . After all, the verdict of the court of appeal in favor of Orhan Aliyev has not been executed for... 3 years (?!) -0-
