Books about M.E.Rasulzada have been republished for the 105th anniversary of ADR
Baku/28.05.23/Turan: Books by historian Aydin Balayev, which delve into the life and struggles of Mammad Emin Rasulzade, the founder of the Azerbaijan People's (Democratic) Republic (ADR), were republished in Baku to coincide with the republic's 105th anniversary.
The first edition of "Mammad Emin Rasulzade (1884-1955)" was released in 2012, followed by the second edition titled "The Struggle for the Motherland in a Foreign Land" in 2019.
The overwhelming response from readers led to a complete sell-out of the books, prompting the decision to republish them in celebration of Azerbaijan's Independence Day. Naila Balayev, the late author's wife, shared this information with Turan.
Aydin Balayev passed away in Baku in 2022.
Naila Balayev also mentioned the ongoing preparations for an audio version of "The Struggle for the Motherland in a Foreign Land," which will be available for electronic media download. Audio Kitab is responsible for creating this version.
The books are published by the publishing house "KitabEvi", each with a circulation of 500 copies.
