Businessman accuses the head of the region of fraud
Entrepreneur Fagan Nasibov accused the Chief Executive Zardobregion, Lutvali Babayev, of embezzling his money.
At today's press conference at the Media Center he said that Babayev took from him AZN 65,000 in 2007 when he was the head of the executive power of Mingechevir region, to repair the Museum of Heydar Aliyev and beautification of the park named after name. In exchange, Babayev promised Nasibov to pass him the trading scrap metal and metal supply for trolley lines.
However, Nasibov received neither business area, nor his money.
Complaints to the various authorities were in vain. If disclosure of these facts does not help, then on July 3 the businessman is determined to make a march to the Presidential Administration and to make a picket.
Nasibov complained about the inaction of law enforcement officials who punish ordinary citizens for misappropriation of AZN 100.-05C06-
