Chief of Customs: Equipment at Borders to Identify Carriers of Swine Flu
Baku / 14.01.19 / Turan: Special equipment has been installed at the checkpoints of the country, which will identify potential carriers of swine flu. Safar Mehdiyev, the head of the Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, said this to journalists today.
He did not report on what kind of equipment is being referred to, how exactly carriers of influenza are established and what will be done if they are detected.
At the same time, he repeated that at the checkpoint disinfection of vehicles is carried out and quarantine zones have been established.
Judging by the situation on the borders of Azerbaijan, the greatest threat is coming from Georgia, where 15 people died from A-H1N1 flu.
The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan has not yet reported on the facts of identifying patients with swine flu in the country. -02D-
