Baku/09.06.17/Turan: The complaint on the detention of Afgan Mukhtarly filed in the course of judicial supervision, has been postponed. The hearings were scheduled for June 9, but due to the absence of the representative of the prosecutor's office, the meeting was postponed to the 16th day, lawyer Elchin Sadygov told Turan.
The Defender believes that the Prosecutor's Office deliberately delays the judicial investigation. The complaint is connected with the unlawful detention of Mukhtarli. According to the lawyer, Mukhtarly remains cheerful and does not give up. However, he suffers from an acute form of diabetes mellitus, and yet he is not given drugs.-03D06-
