Coronavirus in Azerbaijan is declining
Baku/08.12.21/Turan: Over the past day, 1 210 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, 1 853 people have recovered, 15 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on December 8.
In total, 599,713 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan since the beginning of the pandemic, 569,238 people have recovered, 8,019 have died, the number of active patients is 22,456. Over the past day, 12,033 tests for COVID-19 have been carried out in the country. Also, over the past 24 hours, 33,245 people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in Azerbaijan.
During the day, the number of citizens who received the first dose of the vaccine was 3 949, the second - 3 355, the booster dose - 25 941 people.
The total number of doses of vaccine applied in the country since the beginning of vaccination is 10,772,313. The first dose of the vaccine was received by 5,107,205, the second - 4,601,258 people, the booster dose - 1,063,850 people.-16D--
