Court of Appeal leaves Mamed Ibrahim under arrest
Baku/04.03.20/Turan: On March 4, the Baku Court of Appeal rejected a complaint about the administrative arrest of 10 days to Mammad Ibrahim, adviser to the chair of the Popular Front Party.
In court, Ibrahim said that after visiting the Memorial on February 26, the victims of the Khojaly genocide became ill. Party comrades took him to the hospital by car.
“Due to the closure of roads, we asked the police to let us in. When, they found out that we members of the PFPA detained us,” Ibrahim said.
However, he did not find these arguments convincing and upheld the decision to arrest Ibrahim. -16D-
