Baku/14.09.22/Turan: Hamza Huseynli Vieste, the founder of Patrul.az LLC and the same-name news site, and his friend Samandar Niftaliyev promised a certain citizen to remove videos related to his personal life from the social network. For this they took 2800 manats from him, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Based on the collected evidence, Samandar Niftaliyev and Hamza Huseynli were charged under the Article 178.2.1 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed by a group of persons by prior agreement) and, by a court decision, they were placed under house arrest.
